Privacy Policy
Neurai Sign is a browser extension used to manage Neurai (XNA) wallet actions and sign messages for authentication. This policy explains what data the extension handles and how it is used.
1. Data We Process
Neurai Sign may process the following data inside your browser:
- Wallet address and public key
- Encrypted private key data
- PIN hash and lock settings
- Selected network and optional RPC endpoint settings
- Pending signing request details (for approval UI)
2. Where Data Is Stored
Extension data is stored locally using Chrome extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
Private keys are encrypted locally with your PIN.
3. How Data Is Used
- To show wallet information and balances
- To allow message signing after explicit user approval
- To protect access with PIN and auto-lock controls
- To remember extension preferences across sessions
4. Data Sharing
Neurai Sign does not sell your personal data. Private keys are not transmitted to external services by the extension.
5. Network Requests
The extension sends RPC requests to Neurai blockchain endpoints (or user-configured RPC endpoints) to fetch blockchain data and verify signatures when needed.
6. User Control
You can control your data at any time by:
- Removing accounts from the extension
- Changing or removing your PIN
- Uninstalling the extension (which removes extension storage)
7. Security
We apply local security measures such as PIN-based encryption and session auto-lock. However, you are responsible for protecting your device and keeping your PIN confidential.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the extension evolves. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date on this page.
